Donation Request

We are happy to fulfill donation requests as we are able! 

Complete the form below and tell us a bit about your event. Please include: 

1. Your name & email

2. The event name and what the event is supporting.

3. The date the donation is needed by.

4. If you are outside the Wilsonville, OR area and are requesting the donation to be shipped, include the shipping address. If you are in the Wilsonville/ Portland metro area requesting please be willing to pick up.
